The Project Manager ensures that teams are highly engaged to deliver a quality driven product. Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timeline. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with project team members
- Meet with project sponsors to clarify specific requirements of each project
- Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Track project progress
- Generate project documents
- Ensuring development is performed in a manner that satisfies our Quality procedures

The Project Manager is responsible for the leadership of 5-6 functional teams, with 15 employees.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals; problem-solving skills; good judgment; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; computer literate with working knowledge of Word and Excel; highly developed organizational, planning and oral and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with others.
