Recruiting Account Manager – Professional Services
Where are you from? What drew you to the staffing industry?
KJ: I was born and raised in Oklahoma and Texas and moved to Middle Tennessee for High School and College. I first learned about the staffing industry at a job fair. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. 15 years later and I haven’t looked back!
What unique perspective or experience do you bring to the staffing industry that benefits businesses looking to hire?
KJ: I began my career in Staffing in a Manufacturing/Engineering setting and I am now back to doing Engineering/Technology staffing again. I have also recruited for the Administrative/Professional field and Accounting/Finance field, so I feel I bring a lot of knowledge to support companies hiring needs in a variety of ways.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give someone looking for a job?
KJ: I tell job seekers to listen and learn something from every recruiter and company you meet and manager you interview with. You never know who you will cross paths with again or do business with in the future. Make every encounter and relationship count!
How is M Force different?
KJ: Our relationships and networking are what set M Force apart. Our staff work hard to leave a positive and lasting impression with our service to both job seekers and companies we work with. We work hard to provide the trust and integrity you look for in a professional business relationship and friendship.
What’s one thing you like to do outside of work?
KJ: My family enjoy sports and sporting events of all kinds! I have 2 boys and baseball is their favorite sport, so we spend a ton of time at ballparks and we love it!
What do you call a carbonated drink that comes in a can, bottle or from a fountain?
KJ: A Coke – is what initially comes to mind for everything.
Tennessee Volunteers. YAY or BOOOO?
KJ: Yay – how can you live in Knoxville and not root on the VOLS? I have “favorite” teams over the years – but will always root for the VOLS!
